A family-owned provider dedicated to supporting people with disability to live safer, healthier, and more independent lives. We deliver practical, person centred support grounded in evidence-based practice and genuine collaboration.

At The Inclusive Team, we work alongside individuals, families, and support networks to create meaningful change in everyday life. With careers spent entirely in the disability sector, we bring deep understanding, compassion, and practical experience to every interaction.


Our approach is person-centred and evidence-based, combining real-world strategies with specialist expertise. We currently provide tailored Behaviour Support and Dietetic services, and our long-term vision is to grow into a collaborative model that offers even more comprehensive support in the future.

The Way We Provide Services

We are an NDIS-registered provider supporting children and adults within the community.  


Our Behaviour Support Practitioners and Dietitians are flexible with the way we deliver our dietetic services and can be provided in the following settings:  

  • At home
  • Supported Independent Living (SIL 
  • Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
  • Visits to Day program, Schools, Childcare centre, and preschool
  • Telehealth or phone consultations 

  

Our mobile Behaviour Support Practitioners and Dietitians service the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle and Maitland regions.
