We created The Inclusive Team to provide thoughtful, practical support for people with disability, their families and supports. Together, we bring a unique blend of expertise in Behaviour Support and Dietetics, working collaboratively to help individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
Mitch is a Behaviour Support Practitioner who has spent his entire professional career in the disability sector, spanning over 15 years. He originally chose to study Special Education and build a career supporting individuals with disability long before the introduction of the NDIS.
Mitch holds a Bachelor of Education (Special Education) and a Graduate Certificate in Positive Behaviour Support. He spent many years working within the school system supporting students with complex learning, behavioural, and developmental needs. During this time, Mitch progressed into leadership roles as Head Teacher of Special Education and Head Teacher of Learning and Support, where he led teams and worked closely with families, teachers, and allied health professionals to create inclusive environments where students could succeed.
Mitch now leads Behaviour Support within The Inclusive Team, supporting children, young people, and adults across home, school, and community environments. His work focuses on understanding the function of behaviour and developing practical, person-centred strategies that improve quality of life for the individual while also supporting the people around them.
With experience across education, disability services, and behaviour support, Mitch brings a practical and grounded approach to his work. He values strong relationships with families, carers, and support teams and is passionate about helping people better understand behaviour so that individuals can feel safe, supported, and able to thrive.

Sam is the founder of The Inclusive Team and an Accredited Practising Dietitian who has dedicated her career to working in the disability sector. She holds a Bachelor of Dietetics (Honours) and has completed extensive professional development and clinical supervision to become a Specialist Disability Dietitian. Through this work she has developed a strong understanding of the NDIS and how to navigate its processes.
Her approach to dietetics is trauma-informed and neuroaffirming. Sam recognises that every person’s relationship with food, eating, and their body is shaped by their experiences, environment, and support needs.
She enjoys working with both children and adults and adapts her approach to suit each individual, their goals, and what matters most to them. Sam often incorporates responsive feeding principles and focuses on working towards small, achievable goals that help build confidence and create sustainable change over time.
She works closely with individuals, families, and other healthcare professionals to support meaningful outcomes. Sam focuses on helping individuals and their supports find practical ways to meet nutritional needs, improve wellbeing, and make mealtimes less stressful and more positive.

Georgia is the newest member of The Inclusive Team and an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who is deeply passionate about supporting those with a disability. Georgia holds a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics (Honours) from the University of Newcastle, and brings experience working in the NDIS space as a dietitian, giving her a strong understanding of participant needs and the day‑to‑day realities of the system.
Georgia understands that each participant's journey is unique and takes the time to build genuine trusting relationships with everyone she works with. Her approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and meeting people exactly where they are. Georgia values small, achievable steps and empowers participants to make changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.
Georgia enjoys working with both adults and children, and is committed to providing practical, strengths‑based support that improves wellbeing and helps make mealtimes more comfortable and enjoyable. Georgia works closely with participants and their families, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals to ensure every participant receives holistic, coordinated care that supports their goals.
