About Mitch
Mitch is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with over a decade of experience in the disability sector. He holds a Bachelor of Education (Special Education) and Bachelor of Arts, along with a Graduate Certificate in Positive Behaviour Support.
Before moving into behaviour support, Mitch worked as a Head Teacher of Special Education and Head Teacher of Learning and Support, leading teams to create inclusive environments where individuals could thrive. He now focuses on supporting adults through evidence-based, person-centred approaches that promote independence, dignity, and lasting positive change
About Samantha
Sam is the founder of The Inclusive Team and an Accredited Practising Dietitian who has dedicated her career to the disability sector. She holds a Bachelor of Dietetics (Honours) and has completed extensive professional development and clinical supervision to become a Specialist Disability Dietitian, with a deep understanding of the NDIS and its processes.
Samantha is passionate about delivering person-centred care and works collaboratively with individuals, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes. Her focus is on supporting people with disability and their supports to meet their unique nutritional needs, improve wellbeing, and enhance quality of life through practical, evidence-based guidance.
